Terah is a seasoned real estate investor and educator with extensive experience owning and managing a diverse portfolio of properties both domestically and internationally—including commercial assets, vacation rentals, and multifamily properties. Her firsthand understanding of real estate investing, paired with her strategic approach to asset management, has positioned her as a respected thought leader in the industry.
As the former Director of National Sales and Partnerships and Business Coach at Property Management Inc. (PMI), Terah created and led the Business Development Program, which helped property managers nationwide scale their portfolios and revenue. She also authored and facilitates the Real Estate Asset Management Certification Course, developed in partnership with Morgan Cole and Randal Henderson, an intensive program designed to help property managers think like investors and better serve them.
Having trained hundreds of working professionals across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, Terah brings a global perspective to real estate strategy and investor education.
