Canceling Your Rescover Subscription
Cancel your subscription from Settings → Subscription. Access continues through the end of your billing cycle.
You can cancel your Rescover subscription at any time. The whole flow lives in your account settings — no email, no support ticket required.
How to cancel
- Sign in to Rescover.
- Open Settings → Subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.
That's it. Your account stays active through the end of your current billing cycle.
When access actually ends
Your billing cycle starts on the day you signed up — not on the first of the month. So if you signed up on the 17th and cancel on the 24th, your access continues through the 17th of the following month and then ends. Rescover does not prorate or refund the unused days; you keep full access for the period you've already paid for.
What happens to your data
- Saved Searches, Favorites, and Analysis history stay attached to your account.
- If you reactivate within 90 days, everything is exactly where you left it.
- After 90 days of inactivity, the data is archived. Reach out to support@rescover.com and we can usually restore it on request.
- Off-MarketPlace listings you posted are removed from public visibility on cancellation.

If you'd like to cancel because the product isn't doing what you need, reply to your latest billing email or send us a note at support@rescover.com before you pull the trigger. We can often spot a config issue, missing MLS connection, or training gap that's making the experience worse than it needs to be.
