Does my branding cover the sign-in screen?
Not today. Sign-in runs on Microsoft, so that one screen is neutral. Your branding starts the moment they land in the app, and covers everything from there: navigation, dashboard, property pages, analyses, and the reports you send out.
What’s the difference between a team member and a guest user?
A team member is your staff, at $20/mo, with full access to the tools your plan includes. A guest is a client or a referral partner, at $5/mo, who gets Property Suite Pro under your brand but none of the professional tools. Guests can be assigned to the team member who owns the relationship.
Do my clients pay anything?
No. Guest seats are billed to you at $5/mo, and it’s your call whether to pass that along. Investment Gateway and Portfolio Insights each include 10 guest seats, and those grants stack if you have both.
Is myRescover included in the other professional products?
Yes. Portfolio Finder, Investment Gateway, and Portfolio Insights all include the full myRescover base: your subdomain, your branding, the Rent Report Widget, and API access. You never pay for the base twice.
What does API access get me?
Your analyses and our market stats, in your own stack. It’s included from myRescover up, so if you’d rather build the client-facing part yourself, the data is yours to take.
How long does setup take?
