Property Suite — Saved Searches and Favorites
Property Suite is your personal database — saved searches and favorited properties, separate from the deal-hunting and marketplace tools.
Property Suite is where you organize and revisit the properties and searches you care about — separate from the deal-hunting tools (Portfolio Finder) and the listing marketplace (Off-MarketPlace).
How to get there
- Click Property Suite in the sidebar (it expands).
- Pick Saved Searches or Favorites.
What's in here
- Saved Searches — filter sets you save to come back to. Every time you run a search in MLS Search or Off-MarketPlace, you can save it here. Saved searches can be turned into AutoPilot alerts (see AutoPilot).
- Favorites — properties you've starred. Single curated list of every property you've found worth keeping, easy to re-open and analyze later.
The mental model
Think of Property Suite as your personal database that builds up over time. Items here are yours; they don't get shared until you choose to share them — and you can share any individual property from its property page.
Tips
- Name searches well. "Indianapolis 4-units cap 7%+ tenant-occupied" beats "search 1." You'll have a dozen saved searches in three months.
- Favorite generously. It's easier to unfavorite later than to refind a property you almost liked.
- Combine searches with AutoPilot. A saved search, plus AutoPilot, becomes a daily alert pipeline. See the AutoPilot article.
