Saved Searches — Save Filter Sets and Re-Run Anytime

How to save a filter set in MLS Search, Property Suite, Portfolio Finder, or Off-MarketPlace so you can re-run it later — and how to turn one into an AutoPilot daily alert.

Any filter combination you set in Rescover — MLS Search, Property Suite, Portfolio Finder, or Off-MarketPlace — can be saved and re-run later. Saved Searches are the difference between rebuilding a 12-filter combo every Monday morning and clicking one button.

How to save a search

  1. Run a search anywhere in Rescover. Tune the filters until results look right.
  2. Click the bookmark icon in the top-right of the search results.
  3. Give the search a descriptive name and click Save.

How to re-run a saved search

From any search page, click the Saved Searches dropdown above the results. Pick the search you want — filters apply instantly, and the search runs.

Where saved searches live

  • Property Suite saved searches at /search/saved. These are MLS-listing-focused (specific properties for sale or rent).
  • Portfolio Finder saved searches at /portfolio-finder/searches. These are investor-criteria-focused, can include off-market.

Both lists are managed independently. A search saved in one tool doesn't appear in the other.

From Saved Search to AutoPilot

Open Portfolio Finder → AutoPilot. Toggle any saved search to ON. Rescover will scan for new matches every day and notify you. See the AutoPilot article.

Tips

  • Name searches descriptively. "Indianapolis 4-units cap 7%+ tenant-occupied" beats "Search 1." You'll have a dozen saved searches in three months.
  • Review and prune monthly. Markets change; criteria that worked six months ago may produce too few or too many results today.
  • One search per investor. If you have multiple investors with different criteria, save one search per investor and you can run any of them in seconds.
