Where Rescover is Available

Which countries, states, and MLSs Rescover covers — and how to check whether your specific market is supported.

Rescover is a North-America-focused platform. Coverage depends on (a) whether your MLS partners with us and (b) which data sources we have for your area.

Where Rescover works today

  • United States: nationwide. We onboard new MLSs continuously; if your local MLS isn't already connected we can usually onboard it within a few weeks once you start the process. Property records, ownership data, and Skip Trace are available across all 50 states.
  • Canada: partial coverage — primarily Ontario, BC, and Alberta metros so far. Skip Trace and ownership data outside the US are not yet supported. If you'd like Rescover in your Canadian market, contact us — coverage expands based on demand.
  • Other countries: not currently supported. Reach out if you have a specific need; we evaluate new geographies based on customer demand and data partnerships.

What "available in your market" actually means

It's a layered question:

  • MLS data: requires that your MLS has a data agreement with Rescover, or that we onboard it after you sign up. See How to Connect Your MLS.
  • Property and ownership records: sourced from county assessor data and third-party aggregators. Coverage is broad in the US, thinner in rural areas, and limited outside the US.
  • Skip Trace and Reverse Owner Lookup: US-only.
  • Off-MarketPlace listings: available wherever your account is — listings show to investors browsing the marketplace regardless of geography, but quality is highest in markets with active Rescover users.

Checking your specific market

The fastest way to confirm is:

  1. Sign up for a free trial (no card required for the standard plans).
  2. Try MLS Search and run a comp on a property in your market.
  3. If MLS data is missing, our team will reach out with the next steps for onboarding your MLS.

You can also email support@rescover.com with your city and state (or province) before signing up — we'll tell you what's currently supported and what would need onboarding.

International users

If you're outside North America and exploring the platform, you can still use Rescover's analysis tools (Analysis Engine works on any property data you input manually), but the data side — MLS Search, comps, ownership records — won't have your market loaded.
