Sharing Analyses with Clients

Three ways to share an Analysis Engine result with a client — interactive web link, branded PDF, or email — and which to use when.

Once you've run an Analysis Engine analysis, you have three ways to put it in front of a client. Pick the format that fits how the conversation is happening.

1. Interactive share link (best for back-and-forth)

Generates a hosted page on your account URL with the full analysis. The client opens it in a browser and can:

  • See your Personal Profile (photo + contact) at the top
  • Toggle assumptions (rent, hold period, etc.) and see numbers update live
  • See your Company Branding throughout

You see when they opened it and how many times — useful as an engagement signal. Use this when you want the client to actually engage with the numbers vs. just receive them.

How

On the analysis page, click ShareCopy link. Send the link via email, text, Slack, wherever fits.

2. Branded PDF (best for proposals)

Generates a polished, fixed PDF of the analysis with your branding. Use this when:

  • The recipient prefers PDFs to web links
  • You're sending a formal proposal package
  • You want a snapshot frozen at a specific moment (the live link's numbers update with market changes; the PDF doesn't)

How

On the analysis page, click Send to clientGenerate PDF. Download or attach to your email.

3. Direct email from Rescover

Rescover can send the analysis directly via email, with the recipient defined in the analysis itself. The email contains both the share link and the PDF as an attachment.

How

On the analysis page, click Send to client → fill in recipient → choose template and send.

Pre-flight checks before sharing

  • Personal Profile complete? Your photo, name, title, and contact info appear on every share. Make sure they're filled in. See Your Personal Profile.
  • Company Branding enabled? Settings → Company → Branding. Without this, the share will use default Rescover branding instead of yours. See Company Branding.
  • Scheduling URL set? Most clients respond to shared analyses by wanting to talk. Make sure your Scheduling URL on your Personal Profile is filled in so they can book directly.

Tracking engagement

The Analysis Engine → Analysis Requests page shows for each shared analysis: who it was sent to, when it was sent, when it was last viewed, and total view count. Two views means they're chewing on the numbers; zero views after a week is a sign the prospect went cold.
