Managing Your Off-MarketPlace Listings: Edit, Photos, Delete
Edit a listing, swap photos, change status (Active/Tenant Occupied/Pending/Sold), and delete a listing on Off-MarketPlace.
This article covers the day-to-day work of an active Off-MarketPlace listing — editing details, swapping photos, adjusting status (active / pending / tenant occupied), and removing a listing. For the initial listing flow, see How to List a Property on the Marketplace.
Find your listings
Open Off-MarketPlace → My Listings. You'll see every property you've listed, with its current status (Active, Pending, Tenant Occupied, Sold, Inactive) and view counts.
Edit a listing
- Click the listing to open it.
- Click Edit Listing.
- Update any field — asking price, rental rate, beds/baths, description, contact info.
- Click Save. Changes go live within a couple of minutes and propagate to any websites synced via Website Integrations.
Update photos
From the edit view:
- Click Photos.
- Drag and drop new photos into the upload area, or click to browse. Best results: high-resolution JPGs, 1500 pixels or wider.
- Drag photos into the order you want.
- The first photo becomes the cover image.
- Click Save.
If photos won't update, save the listing again. Some browsers cache the old photo set — a hard refresh on the listing detail page picks up the new ones. If they still won't show after 10 minutes, open a support ticket with the listing address.
Change status
Click Change Status on the listing detail. The available statuses:
- Active — visible to investors browsing the marketplace.
- Tenant Occupied — visible, with a "Tenant Occupied" badge so buyers know it's leased. (This is a property-state badge, not a separate listing.)
- Pending — under contract. Visible but flagged.
- Sold — closed. Removed from public results but kept for your records.
- Inactive — hidden from public results without deleting. Use this if you want to pause a listing temporarily.
Delete a listing
- Open the listing.
- Click Delete Listing (bottom of the edit view).
- Confirm. The listing is removed from the marketplace immediately and from synced websites within an hour.
If you'd rather hide the listing without deleting (in case you want to relist later), use Inactive status instead. Inactive preserves photos, description, and view history.
Common issues
- "My listing isn't showing up after I posted it." Confirm the status is Active and that all required fields are filled out — Off-MarketPlace requires address, asking price, and at least one photo before it goes public.
- "Listing shows up strangely or with the wrong address." The address may be a unit within a complex that we're geocoding to the building. Edit the address with unit number explicitly, or use the "Use this address as-typed" option.
- "I want to delete a listing but the system won't let me." If the listing has a pending offer or is part of an Investment Gateway deal, you'll need to close those first. Email support@rescover.com if you're stuck.
- "Photos save but disappear on next visit." Try uploading from a different browser. Some browser extensions intercept the upload — incognito mode is a fast test.
