Plans and Pricingg

A practical overview of Rescover plans, who each one fits, and how to change plans from Settings → Subscription.

Rescover offers several plans depending on how you use the platform. The current lineup is on rescover.com/pricing; this article covers the practical questions about choosing and changing your plan.

Plan summary

  • Property Suite — the foundation. MLS Search, Property Suite tools, Analysis Engine, Favorites, Saved Searches. Best for solo investors and small teams.
  • Property Suite Pro — everything in Property Suite plus Skip Trace, Outreach Advisor, Off-MarketPlace listings, and broader Portfolio Finder access. Best for active investor-agents and BDMs.
  • Investment Gateway add-on — adds the client-facing portal where investors browse and underwrite deals you curate. Investment Gateway also includes the IDX/MLS feed. Best for brokers building investor pipelines.
  • Portfolio Insights add-on — adds the recurring portfolio-review reports for property-management clients. Best for property-management companies offering quarterly or annual investor reviews.
  • Enterprise — multi-seat, custom MLS coverage, white-label, and SSO. Quoted per organization.

Picking the right plan

If you're not sure, start with Property Suite. You can upgrade at any time. The most common upgrade path is Property Suite → Property Suite Pro once you start sending listings to clients or running Outreach.

Changing plans

  1. Sign in to Rescover.
  2. Open Settings → Subscription.
  3. Click Change Plan and pick the new plan.

Plan changes apply at your next billing cycle, and your billing cycle starts on the day you signed up — see Billing, Payments, and Refunds for how cycles work.

Annual billing

Some plans offer an annual billing option that's cheaper than paying monthly. The annual option, where available, is shown alongside the monthly price on the plan-change screen.

Free trial

Most plans include a short free-trial window. The trial gives you full access to the plan's features so you can test against real data — connect your MLS, run a few analyses, list a property on Off-MarketPlace. You'll be reminded a few days before the trial converts to a paid subscription so there are no surprises.

What's NOT in your plan

If you hit a feature gate ("This feature requires Property Suite Pro"), the upgrade is one click away. Rescover never silently downgrades your data — if you decide later to drop to a smaller plan, your saved searches, analyses, and lists stay intact.
