Favorites — Save Properties to Come Back To

Star any property anywhere in Rescover to save it to your Favorites — a personal collection you can revisit, analyze, share, or push to your CRM.

Favorites is your personal collection of properties worth coming back to. Star a property anywhere in Rescover — from a search result, an MLS listing, an Off-MarketPlace card, or an analysis page — and it lands in your Favorites for later.

How to favorite a property

From any property page or search result, click the heart icon. The icon turns solid when the property is favorited. Click it again to remove the favorite.

Where to find your favorites

  1. Click Property Suite in the sidebar to expand it.
  2. Click Favorites.

You'll see every property you've starred, with quick access to re-open the property page, run an analysis, or share it.

What you can do with a favorite

  • Click into the property to see the full Rescover details (photos, comps, AVM rent, Blue Chip flag).
  • Run a fresh Analysis Engine analysis from the property page.
  • Share the property with a client via the share button — uses your Company Branding.
  • Push it to your CRM if your CRM is connected (see CRM Connection).
  • Remove the favorite (un-star) when it's no longer relevant.

Tips

  • Star liberally early on. It's easier to come back and unfavorite than to dig back through search results to find that one property you almost liked.
  • Use favorites to build comparison shortlists. When you're evaluating 5–10 candidate properties for an investor, favorite them all so they're side-by-side later.
  • Pair with Analysis Requests. Run an Analysis Engine analysis on each favorite — your Analysis Requests page becomes a deal-pipeline view.
