Using RescoverBlue Chip: set your bar once
Define "green" once - rank, floors, checklist - and every listing gets a pass/fail against it.
Blue Chip turns your investing criteria into a simple pass/fail so you don't re-derive your standards on every listing.
How it works
- Set your bar once: a market-rank requirement (say, top 10% of the metro), financial floors (a cash-on-cash minimum, break-even after tax), and any physical rules you want ("no retaining walls," "roof under 15 years").
- Every listing is checked against it, and against its own market, automatically.
- Clear both and the listing is Blue Chip Eligible. Walk the property, complete your inspection checklist, and it graduates to Blue Chip.

The criteria editor: the market test and financial floors on one list, the on-site checklist on the other.
For teams
A broker or the finance-fluent person in the shop can define the criteria for everyone: agents and clients inherit the standard, and the software does the finance so your people don't have to. That's the whole learning curve.
Where to find it
Blue Chip screening is included with every plan. Set your criteria from any analysis's Underwriting view, and use the Blue Chip filter in search so only qualifying listings reach your screen.
