Using Rescover"Canceling your Rescover subscription"
Self-serve, effective at the end of your billing cycle, with your data held for 90 days in case you return.
You can cancel anytime, yourself, with no call required: Settings, then Subscription.
How it works
Access continues through the end of your current billing cycle, which runs from your signup anniversary rather than the first of the month. There's no proration and no refund for unused days; you simply keep what you paid for until the period ends.
Your data
Saved searches, favorites, and analysis history stay attached to the account for 90 days after cancellation. After that the data is archived; support can restore it if you come back later. Off-MarketPlace listings come down when you cancel.
Before you go
If something specific drove the decision (a configuration snag, a missing workflow, a training gap), contact support first. A surprising number of cancellations turn out to be five-minute fixes, and we'd rather fix yours.
