"Custom targets: bring your own prospect list"

Got a list from a conference, a county records pull, or an old CRM? Custom Targets turns it into worked targets.

Importing

Open Portfolio Finder, then Custom Targets, choose Import, and upload a CSV of property addresses, APNs, or owner names. Map your columns to Rescover's fields and confirm.

What Rescover adds

Each imported record gets skip-traced owner contact information, property data (beds, baths, square footage, year built, valuation and rent estimates), and the investment metrics (cap rate, cash-on-cash, IRR). From there the list works like any other: sort, filter, star Favorite Targets, push to CRM, or mark Ignored.

Tips

Clean the addresses before importing; the enrichment is only as good as the match. Re-import quarterly if the list matters: valuations move, owners change.
