Using Rescover"Export contacts and property lists to CSV or Excel"
Any list view exports - search results, prospects, contacts, analysis tables - with a couple of quirks worth knowing.
Most list views in Rescover export: search results, saved searches, Favorites, Find Prospects results, FRBO listings, Off-MarketPlace listings, skip-trace results, agent rosters, client lists, and analysis outputs like proforma tables and APOD breakdowns.
Exporting
Open the list, click Export (top right of most list views), choose CSV or Excel, and download. Exports include the standard fields visible in the list view.
The quirks
Pagination caps the export. An export covers the current page; set the page size to All first if you want everything.
Weird characters in Excel. Open the CSV via Data, then From Text, and choose UTF-8 encoding.
Phone numbers missing. Contact fields only export after a skip trace has run on those records; see Skip Trace.
"A tour of myRescover"
What each sidebar item does, and where to start depending on the job you came to do.
"AutoPilot: verified targets, every Monday"
Save a search, switch on AutoPilot, and 25 verified, skip-traced targets arrive each Monday.
"Billing, payments, and refunds"
Where invoices live, what gets refunded (and what doesn't), and the one-day path for billing disputes.
