Using Rescover"LeadSimple integration: setup and troubleshooting"
The account-level API key, the two scopes it needs, and the fixes for the errors people actually hit.
Rescover pushes targets and their contact information to LeadSimple over its API.
Setup
- In LeadSimple, open Settings, then API Keys and copy the account-level key (not a per-user key). Copy it completely, prefix included.
- In Rescover, paste it at Settings, then CRM, then CRM Connection and save.
- Make sure the key has Contacts and Pipelines read/write scopes enabled.
When it errors
"Unhandled error" or 401 responses: the key is invalid or expired, or it's a per-user key. Regenerate the account-level key and re-paste.
"Pipeline not found": pick a pipeline in Settings, then CRM, then Pipeline Settings; the push has nowhere to land without one.
Fields arriving empty: a mapping issue; review Settings, then CRM, then Field Mapping.
AutoPilot deliveries not syncing: confirm AutoPilot's CRM toggle is on for the enrolled search, then re-check the key scopes.
If you open a support ticket, include the exact error message, your account email, and a screenshot; that turns a back-and-forth into a same-day fix.
