Using Rescover"Login and account access troubleshooting"
Password resets, the right login URL, locked products, and the browser fixes, in the order worth trying them.
Work this list top to bottom; most access problems die on the first three.
1. Reset the password. Use Forgot Password on the login page. The reset link expires in 60 minutes, so use it when it arrives.
2. Confirm the login URL. Consumer accounts sign in at www.rescover.com/login; professional accounts use their own subdomain. Logging into the wrong door with the right key fails quietly.
3. Confirm the email address. The account lives under the address you signed up with, not necessarily the one you use today.
4. Logged in but products locked? That's billing, not access: check Settings, then Personal, then Billing for an expired card. Updating it retries the charge and unlocks immediately.
5. Browser gremlins. Hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac), try an incognito window, or disable extensions; password managers and blockers occasionally interfere.
6. Two-factor problems. Contact [email protected] for identity verification; that one isn't self-serve by design.
Still stuck? Check the platform status page for an outage, try another network, then write support with what you've already tried.
