Day-to-day listing management lives at Off-MarketPlace, then My Listings.

Editing

Edit Listing covers asking price, rental rate, beds and baths, the description, and contact info. Changes go live within minutes.

Photos

Upload high-resolution JPGs (1,500 pixels wide or better) and drag to reorder; the first photo becomes the cover image.

Status

Change Status moves a listing between Active (visible to investors), Tenant Occupied (leased badge), Pending (under contract), Sold (closed and archived), and Inactive (temporarily hidden).

Deleting

Delete Listing at the bottom of the edit view removes it immediately; embedded copies on synced websites clear within the hour.

If something looks stuck

A listing not showing publicly is usually a status issue (confirm it's Active). Stale photos after an upload are usually browser caching; a listing that won't delete may have a pending offer attached. Map pin in the wrong place? Re-save the address so it re-geocodes.
