Using Rescover"Saved searches"
Save a filter set once, re-run it anytime, and let it email you when new listings match.
A saved search preserves a full filter combination so you never rebuild it.
Saving and re-running
Configure your filters in MLS Search or the Off-MarketPlace, then use the bookmark control on the results view to name and save the search. Re-run it anytime from the Saved Searches selector above the results.
Let it work while you don't
Saved searches can run on their own and email you when new listings meet your criteria. Alert frequency is adjustable per search; see Fixing missing or late email alerts if messages stop arriving.
Habits that pay
Name searches so future-you knows what they are ("Indianapolis 4-units cap 7%+ tenant-occupied" beats "Search 3"). Review your saved searches monthly; markets move, and a filter set from spring may be too tight or too loose by fall. Professionals often keep one search per client so new matches map cleanly to the person waiting for them.

"AutoPilot: verified targets, every Monday"

"Billing, payments, and refunds"
Where invoices live, what gets refunded (and what doesn't), and the one-day path for billing disputes.
