What can vary locally
Listing depth depends on MLS partnership agreements in your area. Property and ownership records come from county assessor data and third-party sources, which run deep in most of the country and thinner in some rural areas. Skip Trace and owner lookup are US-only.
Outside the US
The analysis tools work anywhere you can supply the numbers, but MLS search and ownership records are built on US data sources.
