What's behind the number

Open the Rent Report on any property and you'll see the estimate, its range, the price per square foot, and the comparable rentals behind it on a map and in a table, each with its listed rent, distance, and similarity score. The ZIP's average rents by bedroom count sit alongside, so you can see where your property lands against the neighborhood.

It's yours to adjust

Disagree with a comp? Tighten the radius or remove it and the estimate recomputes. Know the real rent because the unit is already leased? Enter your own rate; the analysis uses your number and keeps the estimate's history for reference.

The honesty check
