Setting it up
- Run a Portfolio Finder search with the criteria you want and save it.
- Open your saved searches and enable AutoPilot on the one that should feed you.
- Set the delivery recipients in your settings (CSV arrives by email), and toggle CRM integration if you want the deliveries pushed automatically.
What "verified" means
The Monday batch isn't raw records. AutoPilot prioritizes owners showing intent signals (FRBO listings, accidental landlords, recent acquisitions), runs each prospect through skip tracing and DeepScan email verification, and enriches contacts with additional emails and social profiles where found. Owners you've already seen or ignored don't come back.
Worth knowing
One saved search per account can be enrolled in AutoPilot at a time, so make it your best-defined service-area search rather than your broadest. Weekly deliveries use your normal prospect unlocks (monthly plans include 1,000 a month, annual plans 25,000 a year, rolling over to a balance of 25,000); AutoPilot itself costs nothing extra.
