Using Rescover"Connect your MLS to Rescover"
The paperwork path from MLS membership to live feed - what you sign, who approves it, and how long each step takes.
An MLS connection powers MLS Search, comparable sales, and listing display for your account. Getting one is mostly a paperwork sequence; here's the whole path.
What you need first
Active MLS membership, your MLS's name, your member ID, and the authority to sign vendor agreements for your business.
The sequence
- Investment Gateway includes the listing feed, so start there.
- Complete the MLS access form Rescover support provides.
- Sign the MLS's data-license agreement (this is the board's paperwork, not ours).
- The MLS approves the connection: typically 3 to 10 business days, entirely on their clock.
- Rescover activates the feed within 1 to 2 business days of approval.
MLS agreements typically renew annually with about 30 days' notice, so calendar it.
If something stalls
An unsigned agreement is the most common blocker (check your inbox for the board's docs). Delayed approvals happen inside the MLS; a support ticket can check status. Missing properties after connection usually means your service-area settings don't cover the area: see Service area and default search area.
