MLS Search is the nationwide listing search: around 1.4 million active listings, each carrying Rescover's analysis.

A Chicago-metro search: financials on every tile, 551 Blue Chip in the toolbar.

Searching

Open MLS Search and enter an address, MLS number, city, or ZIP. Results show full listing data (photos, price, specs, agent contact) plus what ordinary search sites don't have: an estimated rent from comparable rentals, a cash flow snapshot, and a Blue Chip check against your criteria.

Filter by property type, price, beds and baths, or go straight to the financial filters: cap rate, cash-on-cash, and return floors. The Blue Chip filter narrows results to only the listings that clear your bar and their market's.

From result to analysis

From any result you can run the full analysis (cash flow, cap rate, IRR, hold-period gains), save it to Favorites, or share a branded link with a client. Every analysis you run files itself in the Analysis Hub.

If a search comes up empty

Verify your MLS access in Settings, or use the address bar for a public-record lookup instead. See Connect your MLS.
